Your work
As Marketing Designer, you translate complex engineering solutions into clear, attractive and recognisable visual content. You develop concepts and marketing assets that support campaigns, proposals, product launches and digital communications, working closely with marketing colleagues, engineers and commercial teams to turn ideas into impactful visuals. From print and digital to animation and video, no two items are the same—always within a distinct brand identity that fits a global market leader.
Marketing at IQIP is positioned as demand generation and brand identity, not direct lead generation. We operate in a capital-heavy B2B environment with a known, dedicated customer base. You’ll join a flat organisation with short lines, where you can move fast and see your work go live. The technology behind our work is genuinely interesting—and making it accessible to a wide audience is what this role is about.
