MIMETAS is looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Model Development team in the Leiden area, The Netherlands. Are you enthusiastic about better treatments for patients? Then join our dynamic and fast-paced team now as our new Intern.

MIMETAS is a rapidly growing company that specializes in human disease modeling using organ-on-a-chip technology. We are on a mission to pioneer the first generation of medicines grounded entirely in human data, using our unique disease modeling platform that is human, comprehensive, and scalable. Our disease models are designed to discover new therapeutic approaches and bring more drugs to patients by reducing attrition while lowering development costs. Your profile

You are a Master student, or a 4th year HLO student, in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a similar study (from the Netherlands or abroad);

You are friendly, motivated, and like to work in a team;

You have interest in Cell Biology and Tissue Culture;

You are looking for an internship for 6 months or longer;

You speak and write proficiently in English.
