To help us grow, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Engineer who can establish strong, long-term relationships with clients in the processing industry and effectively communicate the value of our technology in a clear and engaging manner.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Understand our technology and communicate its benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate closely with our technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to clients’ needs
- Identify and approach potential clients, focusing on developing lasting partnerships
- Managing existing contracts and driving proactive business growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, sales techniques, and industry best practices
- 3 to 7 years of sales experience, ideally in the processing industry
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities
- Strong communication skills: you can translate complex technology into clear value propositions
- Fluency in English and (preferably) Dutch and/or German
- A collaborative, curious attitude: you’re a good listener and enjoy working with different teams
- Possession of a valid driver’s license to enable travel to customer sites and events
- Willingness to travel as required by the role
- Based in the Netherlands, ideally in the Eindhoven region
