The role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our customers. This is a customer-facing role, so we're looking for someone who thrives in direct contact with customers and enjoys building strong relationships with them. The ideal candidate has a background as a consultant, with a technical implementation or solutions engineering skill set. This role is based in Europe - either from one of our existing offices or fully remote - as this is where the majority of our customers are located. We are looking for someone who is happy to work flexible hours when needed to support different time zones, as projects involving customers in the US may also arise.

What you'll be doing

Take a proactive approach to onboarding and rolling out Younium for new customers, translating their requirements into the best possible solution in Younium so they get real value from our product
Run workshops and guide customers throughout the implementation, ensuring they receive the training they need and feel confident and ready to go live
Deliver consultancy services to existing customers, for example around structural changes or optimising their use of Younium and connected integrations
Educate and support customers on the best utilisation of our products and services, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our application and industry benchmarks
Learn about our customers and their needs, and feed that back to our product team for future development
Approach your work with a commercial mindset, so that what you do contributes to both customer value and healthy profitability for Professional Services
Be part of a transparent organisation by escalating issues, reporting, and sharing work internally

Who are you?

While we believe people with drive and curiosity can learn swiftly, checking the boxes below will be an advantage and give you a good head-start in this role:

Enjoys customer-facing work and building strong, lasting customer relationships
Previous experience as a consultant, with a problem-solving mindset and an appetite for new challenges
Technically skilled and genuinely curious about new technology and AI, with an interest in putting it to practical use to improve our offering — for us and our customers
Experience with the order-to-cash process and business knowledge from Sales and/or Customer Success, with the confidence to collaborate closely with those teams
Hands-on experience with integrations and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot and/or Salesforce
Background working with ERP or other subscription management solutions
5+ years of experience in Software/SaaS
Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial, German is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
Comfortable working flexible hours occasionally to accommodate projects and customers in the US
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make technical information clear to both technical and non-technical audiences
