At Rituals, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to take ownership of our marketing measurement initiatives. You will be a driving force behind our measurement triangle, bringing together Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Incrementality Testing.
In this role, you will turn complex data into clear direction for our marketing teams, helping shape smarter budget decisions and stronger campaign performance. You will not only build and improve models but also act as a trusted advisor who translates technical outcomes into practical recommendations. Working closely with digital, marketing, and data colleagues, you will help us strengthen our measurement capabilities and create a more connected view of impact across channels. You will drive our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives. Using Bayesian modeling, you will measure and quantify both the short-term direct revenue and the long-term brand-building impact of our marketing investments.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and optimization of our Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) framework. Utilizing GA4 data and advanced algorithmic models, you will map out complex customer journeys to help teams steer on granular, day-to-day media tactics.

You will design and execute our Test & Learn roadmap with different digital marketing teams. By running controlled experiments you will measure true causal impact. You will prove which sales were actually driven by our campaigns, validating our models and ensuring we optimize our budgets with confidence.

You will build a Unified Measurement View. You will bridge the gap between MMM, MTA, and testing - calibrating the models against each other to create a single source of truth and clear guidance for the business.

You will translate models into media action. By actively running media scenario planners and delivering insights, you will help the marketing teams to build highly optimized and profitable media plans.

You will drive measurement adoption. You will operationalize data science outputs by structuring our measurement calendar, defining core reporting templates, and advising marketing teams on KPIs to make data-driven decision-making the standard.
Your team
You will be part of our broader Digital team, sitting within the Digital & Customer Data Insights department. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager Data Science & Marketing Measurement, you will work closely with marketing managers, digital specialists and data colleagues.

Your qualifications:

A degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related quantitative role, specifically within a marketing, media or commercial context.

A strong technical foundation in programming (e.g. Python and SQL) and familiarity with cloud environments and data visualization tools.

Experience with, or a strong understanding of, marketing measurement techniques (such as MMM, Attribution or Incrementality Testing) and digital marketing data (e.g. GA4).

The ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for media managers and senior leadership.

Proven experience independently driving complex analytics or data science projects from problem definition through stakeholder adoption.
