You will be an intern within the Cyber Security group in Accenture. During the period of 4-6 months, you will write your thesis in one of the fastest growing business areas in the world. Accenture will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge with the most innovative tools, technologies and methodologies.
Research freedom with a cybersecurity lens
As a research intern, you are encouraged to define and shape your own research topic. Your topic is flexible, as long as it has a clear cybersecurity component.
At Accenture, we are structured around industries, supported by cross-cutting services and capabilities. This means your research can be positioned in multiple ways:
Industry-focused: Apply your research within one of our key industries:
Communication, Media & Technology (CMT), Products (PRD), Resources (RES), Health & Public Service (H&PS), and Financial Services (FS).
Example: Explore how retail organizations translate abstract cyber risk appetite into concrete governance mechanisms, controls, and decision-making processes.
Service / domain-focused only: Contribute to core cybersecurity domains such as Digital Identity, Cloud Security, Application/Platform Security, AI & Data Protection, Cyber Strategy & Risk or Cyber Defense.
Cross-industry and cross-service – Explore topics that connect industries and services, combining perspectives to address broader cybersecurity challenges. This is strongly encouraged, as many of our client problems span multiple domains and industries.
