Join us for a six-month internship where you'll help turn sustainability data into meaningful stories and actions. You'll work on our CSRD reporting journey, connecting with colleagues across the business, analysing data, spotting trends, and helping communicate what matters.

- Meet stakeholders across our business
- Understand our data, processes and reporting challenges
- Gather and analyse ESG data and identify insights
- Help improve how we collect and communicate sustainability information
- Deliver a final project that improves either our reporting, communications, or data processes
- Present your findings and recommendations to the ESG and Finance team

Are studying sustainability, business, communications, data analytics, or a related field
- Enjoy working with data and turning numbers into insights
- Can communicate clearly, both in writing and in person
- Are curious enough to ask questions and enjoy communicating and collaborating with others
- Like solving problems and figuring things out
- Like storytelling and figuring out the best way to share information

Locations / hours
- Monday to Friday, ideally 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule based on school schedule.
- Based in Leiden. Hybrid role, not fully remote. Expect 2 to 4 days in the office per week.
- Must have the right to study/work in the country for which you are applying.
- Start date: September 1st
- Duration: 5 to 6 months.
