The Project Manager drives execution across the Tech team - turning validated problems into delivered solutions, on time and with clear ownership. This role manages the full delivery lifecycle across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, from structured backlog to release, while staying closely connected to the problem discovery phase to ensure what gets built always traces back to real guest and ambassador need. The role includes budget oversight and cross-functional coordination, and reports directly to the Head of Product.
-
Act as strategic partner to Head of Product, contributing to team strategy development, budget planning, and resource allocation decisions
- Own strategic initiatives within the tech department: manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure alignment between project execution and business objectives
- Actively participate in the problem discovery phase by facilitating or co-facilitating journey mapping sessions and cross-functional workshops with hotel teams and ambassadors, ensuring insights feed directly into project scope and prioritisation
- Translate journey mapping outputs into structured backlogs - connecting identified problems to delivery timelines and ensuring work items are grounded in validated guest or ambassador need, not assumptions
- Maintain the link between discovery and delivery throughout a project's lifecycle, flagging when solutions drift from the original problem definition and course-correcting accordingly
- Lead execution of tech initiatives through the full delivery cycle, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge transfer readiness across trinity products and beyond
- Facilitate cross-organisational initiatives, translating requirements between Another Star, Marriott, and hotel operations teams and ensuring mutual understanding
- Proactively identify issues within the digital ecosystem, propose solutions, and drive resolution across organisational silos
- Establish frameworks and ways of working that enable effective cross-functional collaboration and accelerate delivery
-
Project/program management experience in technology or digital product environments, preferably in hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing industries
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities and organizational dynamics
- Experience working across organizational boundaries, ideally in M&A, franchise, or partnership contexts
- Strong understanding of digital product development, agile methodologies, and technical integration challenges
- Budget management experience, including planning, tracking, and financial reporting
-
