Within the Growth Accelerator 18 to 30, we build the future of mobile banking and drive customer growth at scale. We translate customer behavior and performance data into sharp insights and well-founded decisions, and turn these into scalable solutions with a direct impact on both customer experience and commercial results.
You will lead a department of multidisciplinary teams alongside top professionals in their fields, including proposition managers, journey experts, designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts and product owners. Together, we drive impact from start to finish, from defining the right customer problem to experimenting, building, launching and continuously improving our solutions.

As Head of Growth, you will bring ambition to life by seamlessly connecting strategy and execution, translating both into measurable outcomes. You own the end-to-end growth and commercial engine and are accountable for the full commercial loop, proposition, customer journey, acquisition, activation, engagement, retention up towards monetisation.
You drive acquisition, engagement, and strategic partnerships and ensure that growth moves beyond promise to become tangible and evident. You provide focus and direction in a fast-paced environment where speed is critical, and you excel at connecting people, interests, and data to rapidly bring ideas to market. In this role, you are empowered to set direction, make meaningful choices and deliver lasting impact for the next generation of banking.
You are part of the Growth Accelerator leadership team, operate with high autonomy and report directly to the Head of Growth Acceleration.

End-to-end ownership of the growth engine. Including acquisition strategy, performance management, brand amplification, to drive efficient and scalable growth and brand awareness.

Lead lifecycle and commercial strategy. Covering activation, engagement, retention, pricing, packaging and loyalty, to maximise customer value and reduce churn.

Define and execute partnerships strategy. Develop and scale a value-adding partnership strategy and commercial ecosystem. Aligning internal and external stakeholders to unlock new growth channels and strengthen market positioning.

Accountable for go-to-market strategy and acquisition engine. Builds and optimises the performance marketing engine. Scales channel mix and experimentation to continuously improve customer acquisition cost, funnel conversion and activation, with disciplined budget steering.

Define and continuously refine customer value propositions. Including pricing, packaging, bundling, loyalty mechanics and translating key functionalities into measurable growth.

Own full customer lifecycle performance (activation, engagement, retention). Driving daily active user/monthly active user growth and maximising customer lifetime value.

Lead end-to-end customer journey optimisation, ensuring a seamless and coherent (digital) experience across products and functionalities.

Build value-adding partnerships, by developing and scaling the partnership strategy and commercial ecosystem. Including distribution, proposition partners and rewards.

Establish high-performance experimentation culture, building and scaling data-driven growth engine with continuous optimisation of spend and effort measured with data.

Lead 6 cross-functional teams across Value Proposition, Growth & Engagement, Partnerships, Design and Data.

Foster talent development within the Growth division. Creates clear career paths and empowers people to take on increasing responsibilities and step into bigger roles over time.

Set and guard risk and compliance matters. Ensures growth activities (campaigns, data usage, lifecycle communication and partnerships) operate within Rabobank’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Accountable for effective deployment of commercial budget, ensuring optimal ROI and measurable impact.

Embed AI-driven growth capabilities across the teams, for personalisation, content optimisation and reporting.

Operate integrated with Product and Tech teams, as well as broader organisational structures such as chapters and tribes.

10+ years of experience in scaling consumer or fintech digital products, with owned growth targets or a P&L and significant budget (>20M)
-
Experience in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, referral and loyalty-mechanisms.

Full-funnel and full-lifecycle track record: from acquisition (ALT and BTL, paid, organic referrals, etc.) and activation through monetisation and retention

Minimum of 5 years experience in experiment-led optimization and A/B testing.

Demonstratable experience with end-to-end funnel optimisation on CAC, LTC and retention

Managed sizeable media budgets, agencies and Google/Meta/TikTok relationships

Deep knowledge in shaping customer value proposition(s) and customer journeys, and turned hook product features into tangible growth

Hands-on experience in building the engagement and personalisation stack (e.g. Braze, HubSpot or Salesforce)

Built commercial partnerships with negotiated economics

Ran product-led growth within growth, product, data and engineering on one backlog.

Proven track record in building and leading large-cross functional teams spanning multiple functions.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Growth or Digital Marketing, Financial economics, Data science or similar.
