Vacatureomschrijving
IQSight B.V. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Sales Operations & Finance Manager EMEA to lead and further develop our Sales Operations organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is not a purely managerial position. The successful candidate will actively participate in daily operational activities while providing leadership, governance, and continuous improvement across the function. You will combine operational execution with team leadership, financial governance, process harmonization, and organizational development.
As Sales Operations & Finance Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order-to-cash processes, accounts receivable management, partner program administration, cost controlling, internal controls, and compliance activities across multiple countries. You will play a key role in harmonizing processes as we continue consolidating operations into our hubs in Eindhoven and Dubai.
The Sales Operations & Finance Manager reports directly to the Sales Controller based in Eindhoven.
A Unique Opportunity to Build and Shape the Function
This role offers a unique opportunity to build and further develop the Sales Operations organization at IQSight. Following a recent carve-out, IQSight now operates as an independent company, creating an exciting environment where processes, structures, and responsibilities are being redesigned to support future growth.
Historically, many operational activities were supported by a larger group structure with shared resources across multiple countries and functions. As part of the transition to an independent organization, a number of these resources are now becoming dedicated IQSight team members for the first time.
The Sales Operations team is still being formed. While team members are already in place across the region, responsibilities, processes, and ways of working differ significantly today. One of the key objectives of this role is to bring these activities together into a single, high-performing Sales Operations organization with clear ownership, standardized processes, strong controls, and a shared way of working.
As Sales Operations & Finance Manager EMEA, you will have the opportunity to shape the organization, define responsibilities, drive harmonization across countries, and build a scalable operating model that supports IQSight's future growth.
