As a Back Office Specialist within the Transport Control Tower of DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven, you work at the intersection of invoicing, data, and process improvement. Your responsibilities as a Back Office Specialist:

You are responsible for ensuring a smooth and accurate invoicing process while combining precise administrative processing with analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with various internal stakeholders.

Process and verify incoming carrier invoices

Prepare accurate customer invoices based on received carrier invoices

Identify and investigate invoicing discrepancies and pricing differences

Analyse data and invoicing processes using Excel

Actively contribute to process improvements, automation, and standardisation

Identify inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives

Collaborate closely with colleagues from Finance, Customer Service, and Front Office

Support the Back Office Manager with various operational and administrative matters

Contribute to an accurate and timely month-end closing

Take initiative, collaborate, and assume responsibility in a dynamic working environment

What do you bring?

You have a Bachelor's level of working and thinking, for example in Finance, Business Administration, or Logistics. You are analytically strong and enjoy investigating discrepancies. At the same time, you work accurately and have a good affinity with numbers.
