Sales Engineer – Processing Industry

Senergetics develops innovative sensor solutions that support the energy industry in its transition toward a more sustainable future. To help us grow, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Engineer who can establish strong, long-term relationships with clients in the processing industry and effectively communicate the value of our technology in a clear and engaging manner.

What you’ll do

Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
Understand our technology and communicate its benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate closely with our technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to clients’ needs
Identify and approach potential clients, focusing on developing lasting partnerships
Managing existing contracts and driving proactive business growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes
Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, sales techniques, and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

3 to 7 years of sales experience, ideally in the processing industry
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities
Strong communication skills: you can translate complex technology into clear value propositions
Fluency in English and (preferably) Dutch and/or German
A collaborative, curious attitude: you’re a good listener and enjoy working with different teams
Possession of a valid driver’s license to enable travel to customer sites and events
Willingness to travel as required by the role
Based in the Netherlands, ideally in the Eindhoven region

About Senergetics

Established in March 2022 by Frank Jacobs and Anitha, Senergetics is on a mission to revolutionize industrial practices, prioritizing asset health management for safety, sustainability, and efficiency. Inspired by sensing technology, we’re tackling energy spillage and corrosion under insulation (CUI) in the process industry.
