Job Mission
It's your goal to drive reliable, efficient, and scalable deployment of Siemens Teamcenter across the enterprise by leveraging Deployment Center (DC) automation, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and rapid release cycles while minimizing downtime and operational risk.
Job Description
We are seeking a Siemens Teamcenter Deployment Center Expert to design, implement, and optimize automated, standardized deployment pipelines using Siemens Deployment Center as the core platform. The role focuses on building scalable, repeatable, and compliant deployment frameworks across DEV, QA, and PROD environments, minimizing manual effort through infrastructure-as-code and template-driven configurations.
The candidate will drive faster, low-risk releases by integrating Deployment Center with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins), automating build, test, deploy, and rollback processes, and enabling seamless DevOps practices. Responsibilities include ensuring high system stability through zero/near-zero downtime deployment strategies, leading efficient and secure Teamcenter upgrades and patching, and maintaining alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards. Additionally, the role will enhance environment and configuration consistency, support rapid provisioning, and continuously improve deployment performance, scalability, and reliability while promoting standard Siemens best practices with reduced customization.

Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably in Engineering and/or IT/Computer Science
Experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing fully automated Teamcenter deployments using Siemens Deployment Center, ensuring highly standardized and consistent DEV, QA, and PROD environments
- Strong expertise in managing complex, multi-tier Teamcenter landscapes (including FMS, BMIDE, and Active Workspace), enabling rapid provisioning and driving continuous improvement and decustomization initiatives aligned with Siemens best practices
- Demonstrated capability in leading Teamcenter upgrades and patch management, with a strong focus on risk mitigation through automated validation and regression testing
- Hands-on experience integrating Deployment Center with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) to enable seamless automation of build, test, deploy, and rollback processes
- Proven track record of reducing deployment lead times through automation and process optimization, delivering frequent, reliable, and low-risk releases, including execution of near-zero downtime strategies (e.g., rolling, blue-green deployments)
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks, ensuring deployment traceability, audit readiness, and effective vulnerability remediation across environments
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter (deployment & environment management)
- Hands-on expertise in Teamcenter Deployment Center (DC)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and scripting

- Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong security mindset, covering access control, data protection, and risk awareness
- Ability to handle complex demands and perform under pressure with a quality focus
