The role
The Creative Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving efficiency, clarity, and excellence within our global in-house creative studio. This role combines project management expertise, operational strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our creative team delivers high-quality work that is on brand, on time, and on budget.
Working closely with our Head of Creative, you will be the operational engine behind our creative practice—owning workflows, systems, resourcing, and communication channels to empower designers, art directors, producers, and freelancers to do their best work.
You are part of the Global Brand & Creative team and report to the Head of Creative.
Develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end creative workflows, ensuring consistent, scalable processes across different tiered launches and projects.
Build and manage creative operations frameworks including project intake, brief development, prioritization, reviews, approvals, and delivery.
In close collaboration with GTM manager, work on improvement of our processes, files and tool stacks (project management, DAM).
Oversee the allocation of creative resources, balancing workloads based on project scope, deadlines, and team capacity.
Manage schedules for multi-channel campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches, and ongoing creative requests.
Standardize briefs, project documentation, file management, and review processes to elevate efficiency and creative output.
What you bring to the table
5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or studio management within a creative studio, marketing, or agency
Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, copywriting, video, digital, and production.
