The Head of AI – Europe is accountable for leading and scaling Capgemini’s AI First agenda across the European region, driving measurable business growth, differentiated client outcomes, and world‑class AI delivery at scale.
This role owns the end‑to‑end European AI transformation lifecycle — from market positioning and demand creation to industrialised delivery and value realisation. Working closely with country CEOs, industry leaders, hyperscalers, and C‑suite clients, the role ensures AI is consistently embedded across solutions, operating models, and transformation programmes.
A core mandate is to ensure clients experience Capgemini’s AI capabilities as a coherent, high‑value European proposition — combining strategy, engineering excellence, responsible AI, reusable assets, and delivery rigor to generate predictable, scalable outcomes across all European markets.
This role will work closely with and will also have a report line into the I&D AI global practice, aligning on the global strategy for AI acceleration, and contributing to the success of that strategy in Europe.
