A Day in the Life
Reporting to the HR Manager at our Benelux HQ in Hoofddorp (just outside Amsterdam), you will you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. During the recruitment process, we will carefully match you with the right internship for your profile:
- Talent Acquisition: Step into the shoes of a recruiter. Own end-to-end recruitment for our intern community, design creative sourcing strategies, and lead campus activation events to attract top diverse talent.
- Learning & Development: Become an architect of growth. Design and implement engaging learning journeys, coordinate training workshops, and facilitate onboarding programs to boost employee growth.
We Are Looking For
You are a final-year Bachelor's or Master's student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:
- Relationship Building: You are genuinely energized by daily human interaction, can easily connect with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- Project Management: You are an organized self-starter who loves turning ideas into concrete actions.
- Operational Excellence: Balancing strategic projects with daily administrative execution.
- Agility: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative Team Players: You value collective intelligence and open communication

- Division matching: Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions - Consumer Products (CPD), L’Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) - is the best fit for your career journey.
- Manager review: Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.
- Manager interview: If the hiring manager is interested, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
- The offer: If everyone agrees you're the perfect fit, we'll make an offer!
