You will work closely with warehouse operations, management, IT, and EMEA stakeholders to analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making with reliable data and reporting.
What will you do?
As Warehouse Operations Analyst, you are the link between operations and data. You help the organization understand what is happening today, predict what may happen tomorrow, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your responsibilities include:
✅ Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance analyses
✅ Translating complex operational data into clear and actionable business insights
✅ Supporting warehouse capacity planning, forecasting, and workforce planning through predictive analysis
✅ Monitoring and analyzing key logistics KPIs, including productivity, quality, OTIF, and operational efficiency
✅ Conducting root-cause analyses on operational issues and identifying sustainable solutions
✅ Supporting Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives with accurate data and performance measurements
✅ Identifying opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data quality
✅ Collaborating with operations, IT, and system owners to optimize data flows and reporting solutions
✅ Supporting warehouse design, process optimization, and network improvement projects
✅ Working closely with EMEA Subject Matter Experts to standardize KPI definitions, reporting structures, and performance transparency across the region
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics analytics, supply chain analytics, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a comparable data-driven role
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Advanced Power BI knowledge, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, dashboard development, and performance optimization
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot
- Experience working with SAP ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or similar operational systems
- Understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, inventory management, and performance KPIs
- Professional proficiency in English
- Dutch and/or German language skills are considered an advantage
