-
Network & Platform Fundamentals: Understand and troubleshoot core networking concepts such as DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls, TLS/SSL, HTTP(S), and connectivity issues in cloud and hybrid environments. Collaborate effectively with network, platform, and development teams to resolve complex operational problems.
-
Observability & Monitoring: Build and continuously improve monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
-
Security by Design: Embed security and compliance controls into pipelines (e.g. secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code).
-
Developer Enablement: Create and maintain templates, golden paths, and self-service capabilities to reduce lead time and cognitive load for development teams.
