The NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) team shapes and delivers Nike’s Direct-to-Consumer and Partner Management priorities across the NSP fleet. The team works within the Nike Direct organization, partnering across functions to evolve how NSP serves consumers today and in the future. This is a fast-moving space and an important area of growth for the business.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Sr. Director, NSP. The position sits within the Partner Management team and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Strategic Planning, Marketing, Merchandising, DSM, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal. The role requires the ability to bring clarity to complex topics and support aligned decision-making.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is hiring a Principal, NSP Portfolio & Implementation within the EMEA NSP team. This role partners across Nike to design and implement strategies that evolve business and operating models, the go-to-market process, and the in-store consumer experience.
The ideal candidate has experience managing program governance mechanisms, including stakeholder engagement, steering committees, and structured project management practices. They support progress across teams, help maintain momentum, and guide initiatives through development and implementation. They demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills and are comfortable navigating changing priorities.
Background in consulting, project management, and/or business development experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence a broad spectrum of partners and contributors.
Ability to apply transition management principles and develop tools, training, and communication plans/materials.
Proven track record of delivering results (quality, time, budget) on regional and global projects.
Ability to apply resource management: develops the resource plan, defines workstreams, and identifies required resource skill sets (internal and external) for projects.
Network and governance management skills: proactively engages, informs, aligns, and facilitates key decisions with stakeholders. Demonstrates the ability to work within a team, provide input, negotiate, support, and influence others. Sets up governance bodies as needed. Keeps up to date with market and retail environments and consumer trends through networks and relevant sources.
Ability to build connections with a positive and collaborative approach.
Strong skills in managing cross-functional teams with multiple indirect reports.
Affinity with marketing capabilities is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the NSP, Principal, NSP Portfolio & Implementation you will partner with the business to shape and implement changes that enable a premium and seamless mono-brand experience. You will work with business partners and functional experts to align NSP capabilities and strengthen the operating model for NSP and its partners.
You will define, align, and communicate implementation roadmaps to deliver value at the right time. You will use structured program and project management approaches to ensure priorities are clear, progress is tracked, and obstacles are addressed.
