This role plays a key part in enabling an efficient IBP process and ensuring a stable and reliable supply.
We are looking for someone who brings ideas forward, collaborates effectively, and strives for continuous improvement. Does that sound like you?
About the job
You will develop and maintain supply and inventory plans for Chelates products, ensuring alignment with targets and service levels. You will manage production and replenishment planning, including short-term adjustments, and escalate key decisions impacting customer priorities, costs, or service levels.
In your future role as Supply Planner you will

Develop and maintain mid- and short-term supply and inventory plans for Chelates products, ensuring alignment with forecasts, orders and business priorities,
-

-
Define and maintain inventory targets and replenishment strategies, balancing service levels, cost and stock levels,
-
Monitor inventory (including slow-moving and at-risk stock) and coordinate mitigation actions with key stakeholders,
-
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, Demand Planning and Customer Service to ensure plan execution and manage deviations,
-
Maintain planning parameters and ensure high data quality in SAP and planning tools,
-
Track supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvements in planning processes and performance.
We believe you bring
-
At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment (ideally within the chemical or process industry)
-
Hands-on experience in site-based planning and close coordination with production, maintenance and logistics,
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
-
A solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain and production planning processes in a manufacturing environment,
-
Strong SAP or equivalent ERP skills for planning, MRP and inventory management,
-
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Great if you have:
-
Experience working in an international, matrix organization; exposure to Chelates or specialty chemicals is a strong advantage,
-
Advanced Excel capabilities; experience with planning and optimization tools (e.g., Arkieva or similar) is a plus.
We believe you are
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving professional; able to analyze data and translate insights into actions,
-
Collaborative, building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders,
-
An effective communicator, able to collaborate with site operations, regional planning and business stakeholders.
-
Process‑driven, structured and results‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple topics in parallel.
