Experience: 8+ years of product management experience in digital products, mobile apps, connected products, or digital ecosystems
At Loop, we're building far more than iconic earwear. We're creating connected sensewear, companion apps, and digital experiences that help people focus, sleep, recover, connect, and thrive.
As our Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll shape the strategy behind those experiences and help define what's next. You'll turn customer insights, technology, data, and AI into products people love, leading initiatives from discovery through launch while bringing teams together around a clear product vision.
Working across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Commercial, you'll help make digital one of Loop's most important growth engines.
You'll define and drive Loop's digital product strategy, turning our digital ambition into products and experiences that create meaningful value for our customers and our business.
From identifying opportunities through discovery and validation to launch and continuous improvement, you'll combine customer insight, data, experimentation, technology, and AI to make confident product decisions and bring great ideas to life.
Working across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Commercial, you'll align teams around a shared vision, create clarity where it matters, and help make digital one of Loop's most important growth engines.
What You'll Do
Define and evolve Loop's digital product strategy and roadmap
Identify, validate, and prioritise new digital product opportunities using customer insight, data, experimentation, and AI
Lead app features from discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement
Align teams and stakeholders around clear product priorities and strategic decisions
Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Commercial to build high impact digital experiences
Shape go to market strategies, business models, and product adoption
Measure app performance, turning customer feedback and data into continuous improvements
Help build and scale Loop's digital ecosystem across apps, connected devices, APIs, and services
You Won't
Build digital products based on assumptions instead of validated customer needs
Focus on delivery without shaping product direction
Use AI as a tool instead of making it part of your everyday product practice
Wait for perfect certainty before testing, learning, and iterating
Work in silos rather than aligning teams around a shared vision
Prefer clear answers over navigating ambiguity
Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution comes naturally to you. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, and turning promising opportunities into digital products that create real customer and business value.
Clear communication is one of your strengths. Whether working with leadership or cross functional teams, you simplify complexity, create alignment, and keep everyone focused on what matters most.
Customer insight, data, experimentation, and AI guide the way you work, helping you make better product decisions and continuously improve the experiences you build.
8+ years of product management experience in digital products, mobile apps, connected products, or digital ecosystems
A strong track record of shipping digital products from discovery through launch and iteration
Experience working closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and cross functional product teams
Strong digital product discovery, validation, and prioritisation skills
Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands on execution
Deep understanding of customer needs, app analytics, experimentation, and business metrics
Strong AI fluency and experience using AI throughout the product lifecycle
The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical teams and senior leadership
Experience within wearables, consumer electronics, healthtech, wellness, or connected devices is a strong plus
Loop isn't for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
Prefer maintaining existing products over building what's next
Like predictable environments where everything is already figured out
Enjoy staying within your own function rather than bringing people together
Prefer following a roadmap over helping define it
See ambiguity as a blocker rather than an opportunity
Aren't excited by the pace of building something new
Great. If you're excited about shaping the future of connected sensewear, building meaningful digital experiences, and helping define one of Loop's most strategic product areas, we'd love to hear from you.
