De PPG‑site in Amsterdam is een belangrijke productielocatie binnen het Europese netwerk van PPG. De fabriek kenmerkt zich door een complexe industriële omgeving met kritische elektrische installaties. Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit staan hierbij centraal.
Voor onze productielocatie in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Electrical Engineer die tevens optreedt als Operationeel Installatieverantwoordelijke (OIV).
In deze sleutelrol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de veilige en betrouwbare werking van alle elektrische installaties op de site. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de engineering en uitvoering van elektrotechnische projecten.
Je fungeert als hét technische aanspreekpunt voor elektrotechniek binnen de fabriek en werkt intensief samen met Maintenance, Operations, EHS en externe partners.

Ontwerpen, beoordelen en realiseren van elektrotechnische installaties en modificaties
-
Technisch verantwoordelijk voor CAPEX- en OPEX-projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering

Opstellen, beheren en borgen van elektrotechnische standaarden en documentatie
-
Ondersteunen bij storingsanalyses en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen
-
Formeel optreden als OIV conform NEN 3140 / NEN 3840
-
Verantwoordelijk voor de veilige bedrijfsvoering van alle elektrische installaties
-
Opstellen, beoordelen en controleren van schakelplannen en werkvergunningen
-
Toezicht houden op onderhoudswerkzaamheden en contractors
-
Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, inspecties en audits
-
Actieve bijdrage leveren aan EHS-doelstellingen en risicobeheersing
-
Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals Maintenance, Operations en EHS
-
Begeleiden en aansturen van externe leveranciers en contractors
-
Adviseren van het site management over veiligheid, risico’s en investeringen
-
HBO- of WO-opleiding Elektrotechniek (of vergelijkbaar)
-
Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving
-
Ervaring in de chemische, verf- of procesindustrie is een sterke pré
-
Ervaring als OIV of bereidheid om deze rol formeel te vervullen
-
Grondige kennis van NEN 3140, NEN 3840 en relevante regelgeving
-
Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
-
Analytisch, besluitvaardig en communicatief sterk
-
Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten stellen
