As a Junior Project Leader in Civil Engineering, you work on various civil engineering projects, ranging from road construction and hydraulic engineering to the development of bridges and tunnels. You support senior project leaders and gradually take on more responsibility in coordinating project phases. You ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, collaborating with different disciplines such as design, execution, and the client.
In this role, you will learn everything about managing civil engineering projects and be guided by experienced colleagues. You will develop into a fully-fledged project leader who can independently manage projects and efficiently coordinate all involved parties.
Your responsibilities:

Supporting the project leader in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects;

Monitoring the progress of projects, including tracking the budget, schedule, and quality of work;

Preparing and managing project documentation, such as reports, meeting materials, and technical specifications;

Maintaining contact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;

Assisting in solving technical and organizational challenges during project execution;

Contributing to the adherence to safety regulations and quality standards within projects;

Learning and applying project management tools and techniques to further develop your skills.
