Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Module Engineer om ons team te versterken.
In deze rol fungeer je als een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende engineeringdisciplines en zorg je voor een succesvolle implementatie van de Modular Product Structure (MPS) binnen ons windturbineplatform. De focus van deze functie ligt sterk op systeemkennis, productstructuur en het afstemmen van stakeholders. Je werkt nauw samen met teams binnen R&D, Core Technologies, Service, Production en Installation om eisen op elkaar af te stemmen en deze te vertalen naar duidelijke interfaces en geometrische definities binnen het turbinesysteem.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Afstemmen van interdisciplinaire teamvereisten vanuit R&D, Service, Production en Installation om de belangrijkste CAD- en mechanische interfaces te definiëren.

Verzamelen en vertalen van stakeholdervereisten naar geometrische eisen om turbinevereisten te visualiseren in het 3D-model.

Fungeren als strategische schakel tussen Program Management, Core Technologies en PLM Governance-teams.

Oplossen van conflicten rondom de toepassing van de Modular Product Structure (MPS) en het actief stimuleren van het gebruik en de uitrol ervan binnen R&D.

Identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen de Modular Product Structure en het nemen van initiatief om deze te implementeren.

Organiseren, modereren en documenteren van de wekelijkse GSI (Geometrical System Integration) Jour Fixe en aanvullende GSI-synchronisatiemeetings wanneer nodig.

Coördineren van de GSI-werkbelasting en het escaleren van capaciteitsbehoeften naar het afdelingshoofd wanneer nodig.

Actief ondersteunen en promoten van de uitrol van de MPS binnen de organisatie, inclusief het presenteren en toelichten van de voordelen aan stakeholders.

Dit vragen we van jou

Afgeronde technische opleiding of vergelijkbare werkervaring als technicus in dit vakgebied.

Ervaring als designer/ontwerper, waardoor je een goed begrip hebt van basisontwerpprincipes en engineeringprocessen.

Sterk inzicht in productarchitectuur, modularisatie en productstructurering, inclusief PLM, MPS en BOM-structuren.

Ervaring met het opzetten en structureren van functionele units / modules (ontwerpoplossingen) en het ontwikkelen van modulaire productstructuren.

Ervaring met CAD- en PLM-tools (kennis van Siemens NX en Teamcenter is een pré, maar geen vereiste).

Sterk systeeminzicht en het vermogen om discussies tussen engineering-, productie- en systeemstakeholders te begeleiden en op elkaar af te stemmen.

Zelfverzekerde communicator die organisatiebrede implementaties kan presenteren, promoten en ondersteunen (bijvoorbeeld MPS-roadshows).

Interesse in ontwikkelingen binnen de industrie op het gebied van productstructurering en modulaire productontwikkeling, of de motivatie om dit verder te ontwikkelen in deze rol.

Teamgerichte persoonlijkheid met sterke moderatie- en coördinatievaardigheden en de drive om onderwerpen vooruit te brengen.

Goede beheersing van Engels en Nederlands (of Duits) voor een internationale werkomgeving.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Module Engineer to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will act as an important link between various engineering disciplines and ensure the successful implementation of the Modular Product Structure (MPS) within our wind turbine platform. The focus of this position is strongly on system knowledge, product structure, and stakeholder alignment. You will work closely with teams within R&D, Core Technologies, Service, Production, and Installation to align requirements and translate them into clear interfaces and geometrical definitions within the turbine system.

Tasks and responsibilities

Aligning interdisciplinary team requirements from R&D, Service, Production, and Installation to define the key CAD and mechanical interfaces.

Collecting and translating stakeholder requirements into geometrical specifications in order to visualize turbine requirements in the 3D model.

Acting as a strategic link between Program Management, Core Technologies, and PLM Governance teams.

Resolving conflicts regarding the application of the Modular Product Structure (MPS) and actively driving its use and rollout within R&D.

Identifying improvement opportunities within the Modular Product Structure and taking the initiative to implement them.

Organizing, moderating, and documenting the weekly GSI (Geometrical System Integration) jour fixe and additional GSI synchronization meetings when needed.

Coordinating the GSI workload and escalating capacity needs to the department head when required.

Actively supporting and promoting the rollout of the Modular Product Structure within the organization, including presenting and explaining its benefits to stakeholders.

What we ask of you

Completed technical education or comparable professional experience as a technician in this field.
-
Experience as a designer, giving you a solid understanding of basic design principles and engineering processes.

Strong understanding of product architecture, modularization, and product structuring, including PLM, MPS, and BOM structures.

Experience in setting up and structuring functional units/modules (design solutions) and developing modular product structures.

Experience with CAD and PLM tools (knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter is an advantage, but not a requirement).

Strong system-level understanding and the ability to facilitate and align discussions between engineering, production, and system stakeholders.

Confident communicator who can present, promote, and support organization-wide implementations (for example, MPS roadshows).

Interest in industry developments in the field of product structuring and modular product development, or the motivation to further develop this in this role.

Team-oriented personality with strong moderation and coordination skills and the drive to move topics forward.

Good command of English and Dutch (or German) for an international working environment.
