Ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing scale-up? Passionate about delivering customer-centric and data-driven solutions? Join Skydreams as a Product Manager for our Moving24 brand.
Since 2006, Skydreams has been a pioneer in online marketplaces. Present in 19 markets, our Moving24 brand is one of the leaders in moving company marketplaces, dedicated to simplifying the moving experience and seamlessly connecting moving companies with relocating homeowners. Join us in our mission to "Lighten the Load" and make moving more convenient and less complicated.
As a Product Manager, you'll own a critical side of our two-sided marketplace: improving lead quality and conversion on the consumer side, or growing and retaining our paying moving company base on the B2B side.
You'll identify revenue levers, run experiments, and ship product improvements across the full funnel, from acquisition through activation, engagement, and retention. Think: optimising the consumer request flow to increase lead quality, refining the B2B sign-up funnel to boost free trials, improving onboarding to convert trials into paying clients, or designing self-service retention experiences that reduce churn.
Working closely with Growth Marketing, BI, Engineering, Product Design, and Customer Success Management, you'll deliver measurable outcomes against your squad's OKRs. You report to the Head of Product and join a senior product team.
- Break down broad opportunities into concrete, scoped, and measurable initiatives, taking them from discovery to delivery: gathering data, hypothesising, conducting experiments, defining goals and requirements, releasing, and tracking performance.
- Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.
- Define what success looks like before building, track it after launch, and use results to drive the next decision, whether that's iterating, scaling, or stopping.
- Lead your squad through the Shape Up cycle: running kick-offs, shaping sessions, and cooldowns; managing the pitch pipeline; keeping build cycles focused and on time, and balancing short-term wins with long-term platform improvements.
- Understand the data: not necessarily writing queries yourself, but knowing what to ask for, how our data is structured, and what instrumentation an initiative needs to be evaluable.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, Growth, and Customer Success Managers to align on scope, surface friction points, and deliver high-quality rollouts.
- Bring discoveries, hypotheses, and user signals that help shape what we build next, working closely with the Head of Product to turn insights into well-framed bets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Extensive Product Management experience, with a proven track record of impactful B2B or B2C or marketplace initiatives.
- Business acumen: You understand how a marketplace works, can connect feature decisions to revenue levers, and speak comfortably in commercial terms.
- Data literacy: With strong quantitative and analytical skills, you can identify funnel friction, derive conclusions from data, and clearly communicate findings to different audiences.
- Instrumentation thinking: You know what to track before you build. You can specify what needs to be measured, what to ask your data team for, and how to sanity-check a result.
- Technical awareness: You don't need to code, but you understand how products are built well enough to have credible conversations with engineers and ask the right questions.
- Experimentation: Proven experience designing and running A/B tests, framing hypotheses clearly, building tests with appropriate controls, and interpreting results objectively.
- Execution and ownership: High sense of urgency and drive. You move fast, flag blockers early, and independently make progress in an ambiguous environment.
- Communication: Ability to present complex trade-offs clearly to engineers, stakeholders, and leadership, and align people around goals and success metrics.
- Curiosity: Desire to learn and adapt, with a demonstrated ability to pick up new domains, tools, and problem spaces quickly.
- Salary expectations: €77.700 - €94.600 annually.
