Nous recherchons un QA/QC Officer spécialisé en Électricité & Instrumentation (E&I) pour intervenir sur un projet industriel d’envergure. Le poste consiste à garantir la mise en œuvre et le respect du système qualité QA/QC sur site, en conformité avec les exigences internes, contractuelles et internationales. Vous serez un acteur clé dans le contrôle qualité des installations électriques et instrumentation, en interface directe avec les équipes projet, les sous-traitants et les partenaires.
- Assurer l’appropriation et la responsabilité du système QA/QC E&I sur site.
- Représenter la structure E&C Solutions auprès du client, des partenaires et sous-traitants sur tous les sujets QA/QC E&I.
- Garantir la conformité des travaux électriques et instrumentation aux exigences internes et aux normes internationales.
- Gérer les interfaces QA/QC entre disciplines, partenaires et sous-traitants sur site.
- Réaliser et superviser les inspections sur site relatives aux installations E&I avec les superviseurs travaux.
- Participer aux audits techniques des contractants et au suivi des actions correctives.
- Revoir, commenter et valider les dossiers qualité construction des sous-traitants.
- Contribuer à la compilation, revue et approbation des dossiers qualité E&I lorsque requis par le QA/QC Manager.
- Produire des rapports fiables, traçables et exploitables sur les activités QA/QC, les écarts, tendances et avancement des jalons qualité.
- Assurer la relation avec les autorités locales et organismes de contrôle agréés.
- Démontrer une approche interdisciplinaire et contribuer à la cohérence globale des activités projet.
- Expérience confirmée en QA/QC dans un environnement industriel E&I.
- Expérience terrain en chantier sur projets industriels complexes.
- Bonne maîtrise des environnements multi-contractants et multi-disciplines.
- Connaissance des systèmes qualité appliqués aux projets industriels internationaux.
- Minimum 10ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Formation Électricité et/ou Instrumentation .
- Habilitation électrique (H0B0 ).
- Certification travail en hauteur obligatoire.
- Certification ATEX requise.
- Maîtrise de la norme ISO 9001
- Connaissance de IEC 61131-1
- Connaissance de NEN 1010
- Maitrise de l'Anglais.

QA/QC Officer E&I – Ref. JOB-1581
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Officer specialized in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join a major industrial project. The role involves ensuring the implementation and compliance of the QA/QC management system on site, in accordance with internal, contractual, and international requirements. You will play a key role in the quality control of electrical and instrumentation installations, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and partners.
- Ensure ownership and accountability for the E&I QA/QC system on site.
- Represent E&C Solutions with the Client, partners, and subcontractors on all E&I QA/QC matters.
- Ensure that electrical and instrumentation works comply with internal requirements and international standards.
- Manage QA/QC interfaces between disciplines, partners, and subcontractors on site.
- Perform and supervise site inspections related to E&I installations in coordination with construction supervisors.
- Participate in technical audits of contractors and monitor corrective action implementation.
- Review, comment on, and approve subcontractors’ construction quality documentation.
- Contribute to the compilation, review, and approval of E&I quality dossiers as requested by the QA/QC Manager.
- Produce accurate, traceable, and actionable reports on QA/QC activities, non-conformities, trends, and quality milestone progress.
- Liaise with local authorities and accredited inspection bodies.
- Demonstrate a multidisciplinary approach and contribute to the overall consistency of project activities.
- Proven experience in QA/QC within an E&I industrial environment.
- Strong field experience on complex industrial construction projects.
- Good understanding of multi-contractor and multidisciplinary project environments.
- Knowledge of quality management systems applied to international industrial projects.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or Instrumentation.
- Valid Electrical Safety Certification (H0B0).
- Mandatory Working at Height certification.
- ATEX certification required.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of IEC 61131-1.
- Knowledge of NEN 1010.
- Fluent English proficiency.
