About The Team

Heb je ruime ervaring als bezorger/installateur en krijg je energie van het begeleiden van collega’s? Dan pas je perfect bij ons.
Onze bezorgers en installateurs zijn het visitekaartje van JoyLogistics. Zij leveren en installeren dagelijks wit- en bruingoed zoals wasmachines, drogers, koelkasten, vaatwassers en TV’s. Als Trainer/Coach leer jij hen het vak, begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers en ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen rondom bezorging en installatie.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het geven van trainingen voor het installeren van witgoed & bruingoed in onze eigen Academy
- In het bezit van een geldig NEN 3140 certificaat (buitenlands variant is geaccepteerd).
- Het coachen van bezorgers en installateurs
- Je bent een vraagbaak voor je directe collega's over alles wat met witgoed & bruingoed te maken heeft
- Je denkt mee over het verder professionaliseren van de afdeling
Wat wij vragen:
- Technisch inzicht en ruime ervaring (2+ jaar) met installaties van witgoed & bruingoed
- Ervaring met het coachen en/of trainen van monteurs en installateurs
- Fysiek in staat om apparaten te tillen (met hulpmiddelen).
- Representatief, klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen en blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk.
- Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- In bezit van een geldig Europees rijbewijs B (Rijbewijs C is een pre)
- Woonachtig regio Waddixveen
