Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren Projectmanager Customer Implementations die eigenaarschap pakt, vooruitdenkt en energie krijgt van complexiteit.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Projectmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van nieuwe klanten en het leiden van complexe projecten binnen onze warehousing organisatie. Zodra een contract is getekend, neem jij het stokje over van sales en begeleid je de klant stap voor stap richting een succesvolle livegang.

- Managen van klantimplementaties, klantprogramma’s, IT- en WMS-projecten en migraties

Inrichten en bewaken van structuur, governance en voortgang;

- Actief stakeholdermanagement op operationeel, IT- en managementniveau;

Doorlopend expliciet maken van risico’s, issues en afhankelijkheden;

Sturen op besluitvorming en delivery, niet alleen op planning;

Tijdig en onderbouwd escaleren wanneer nodig.

Naast het managen van je eigen projecten verwachten we dat je actief meebouwt aan de verdere professionalisering van Project Management binnen Rhenus:

Meedenken over en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze PM-aanpak, standaarden en werkwijzen.

Delen van kennis, ervaring en best-practices binnen het PM-team.

Signaleren van verbeterkansen in projecten, processen en samenwerking en deze actief aandragen.

Fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor collega-PM’s en de Team Lead Projects.

Bijdragen aan een open, lerende cultuur waarin feedback geven en ontvangen vanzelfsprekend is

Je overziet complexe processen en denkt in verbanden

Je voelt je comfortabel in een klantgerichte rol met commerciële dynamiek

Je kunt werken volgens verschillende PM-methoden (scrum / agile / waterval), afhankelijk van de context, met focus op resultaat.

Je communiceert makkelijk in Nederlands en Engels

Resultaatgericht: je stuurt op doelen, besluiten en impact, niet alleen op voortgang.

Proactief: je anticipeert op risico’s, knelpunten en afhankelijkheden en handelt vooruit.

Eigenaarschap: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maakt afspraken expliciet en komt ze na.

Feedback gedreven: je vraagt feedback, durft feedback te geven en gebruikt dit om beter te worden.

Ervaring in logistiek of warehousing is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. We vinden het belangrijker dat je snel nieuwe materie eigen maakt en graag bouwt aan verbetering.
