Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and keeping production equipment running at peak performance? We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Technician to join our team in a fast-paced production environment.
As our Electrical Technician, you are responsible for keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your main focus is fault finding, repairs, and preventive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems within a fast-paced production environment.
You play a key role in minimising downtime by quickly diagnosing issues, resolving breakdowns, and implementing practical improvements. In addition to maintenance activities, you will support the installation and modification of equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Alongside reactive work, you will carry out preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will also support installation and modification of equipment, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
This is a hands-on role combining electrical and mechanical activities within a fast-paced production environment.

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults on production equipment;

Perform preventive maintenance to maximise reliability and uptime;

Carry out mechanical interventions such as component replacement, alignment, and adjustments;

Support installation and modification of equipment and systems;

Work safely in line with procedures (LOTO, permits, etc.).

Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or production environment;

Knowledge of Dutch and European electrical standards (e.g. NEN 1010, NEN 3140);

Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems and industrial installations;

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings;

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal;

Native or fluent Dutch language skills.
Working Conditions:

40 hours per week (can include weekends in line with production shifts)

Availability for consignment/on-call duties

The Team

You will be part of the Maintenance team within the Operations department. This team consists of a Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, Mechanical Technicians, and Electrical Technicians.

Salary between €3500,- and €5000,- based on experience and qualifications;

32 days of paid leave per year;
