Develop andmanage the commercial activities of the company in the Netherlands, ensuring the growth of sales and the strengthening of relationships with key customers.
The position is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer accounts,and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the effective commercialization of the company’s products, while maintaining alignment with the Group’s commercial strategy and quality standards
Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities, prospecting new customers—primarily end clients, supermarket chains, and distribution platforms—building strong and trustworthy relationships while presenting a solid value proposition regarding the company, its products, and services.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements and supply programs in line with production periods throughout the year, market strategies, and departmental objectives.
Negotiate prices, volumes, and commercial conditions for sales programs, proactively monitoring their performance to ensure the achievement of the company’s commercial and financial objectives.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability, proper planning, and the effective execution of commercial programs.
Manage sales orders andmonitor their progress, ensuring compliance with agreed delivery schedules and customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, customer needs,and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and commercial improvement.
Handle commercial incidents and claims, maintaining constant communication with clients and internal departments such as Quality and Logistics to ensure proper evaluation, resolution,and communication of any issues, applying continuous improvement criteria when necessary.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to support decision-making and business planning.
Represent the company in meetings with clients, commercial visits, and industry events when required.
Support for the Integrated Quality Management System of your area, collaborating with the Quality Department or any other area in all those aspects related to internal or external audits that the Surexport Group assumes and/or establishes as necessary standards or requirements.
Support for the company's mission, vision and values.
Compliance and support for the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility Policies, the Corporate Compliance System, the Policies and accreditation certifications related to Information Security and the Objectives established by the Organization within its area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the guidelines derived from them.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy, or a related field.

Additional training in sales, international trade, or B2B customer management (preferred).

Minimum three years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in strawberry sales.

Previous experience in the fruit import-export sector and international client management is a plus.

Knowledge of the European market and key distribution channels.

English proficiency at C1-C2 level (mandatory).

Dutch proficiency at B2.

Spanish proficiency at B2 level (would be desirable).

Proficiency in advanced office tools (Excel, Word).

Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
