Work that cuts through the noise? Hear us out.
Location: Antwerp or Amsterdam
Experience: 5–7 years overall experience, including 3+ years administrating complex Google Workspace and GCP environments
Own cloud IT operations and help drive scalable, secure, and high-performing internal systems.
This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll own and evolve a modern, cloud-first IT environment, operating in a complex SaaS ecosystem and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while keeping systems reliable and secure. All yours. If you've mastered Google-first environments and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work, this is where you do it.
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You’ll balance hands-on engineering with shared support responsibilities—designing and improving systems while staying close to end-user needs and outcomes. You’ll also navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders, aligning different perspectives into clear, actionable solutions.

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll combine strong Google ecosystem expertise with the ability to influence without authority—navigating different opinions, shaping decisions, and driving outcomes. You’ll prioritize end-user experience over rigidity, while adapting quickly in environments that aren’t fully structured.

Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
Wait for direction instead of taking initiative
Mistake activity for impact
Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape
Prefer alignment meetings over decisions
Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can’t believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let’s talk.
