Who are we?
McCain Appetizers Europe is an emerging, major player in the appetizers market. These products are based on fresh or frozen vegetables, such as onion rings, breaded mushrooms and cauliflower florets, mozzarella sticks, and camembert bites. What will you do?
As Allround Packaging Operator you will start with an overhaul from the previous shift, then you discuss with the management the planning of orders to be prepared. There are 3 production lines and more than 10 different packing lines running. You operate a variety of equipment; including packaging lines, bag-in-box units, the automated palletizer, and the robot unit. You are responsible for making the packing process run as smoothly as possible and the quality control that must be carried out every hour and register all data in SAP for traceability. You will work 3 shifts, 8 hours per day. Working hours are: 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 6:00.
What do you bring?
You like to work in a team with the latest machines and operating a robot unit is motivating you. You are a team player, you work in a team of 15+ operators in a shift and together you make sure that the targets are met. Your deep knowledge of packaging environment allows you to run different packing stations autonomously and ensure safety and high quality. You will work in a multi-cultural environment where the main languages are English and Dutch.

A starting salary from €3.357,40,- based on work experience and including 17% shift allowance
