CNC MillerAbout the Role
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for machining complex, high-precision components in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The role focuses on machine setup, execution, process control, and quality assurance, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings with tight tolerances
- Preparing tooling and advanced clamping constructions
- Monitoring long machining cycles and ensuring process stability
- Performing in-process measurements and quality inspections
- Following validated work instructions and quality procedures
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement within established processes
All CNC programs are prepared by the CAM department, allowing you to focus on precision machining, setup, and process optimization.

Working Hours & Employment ConditionsSalary & Benefits

- Gross monthly salary ranging from approximately €3,450 to €4,945, including a 15% shift allowance
- 25 vacation days per year

Shift Schedule
This position operates on a 2-shift rotation:
Week 1 – Day Shift
Week 2 – Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Thursday
- Friday off
A 15% shift allowance is paid on all worked hours.
Final salary will depend on:
- Relevant CNC milling experience
- Level of independence
- Expertise with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining
