Your profile
A structured and internationally oriented project manager with a strong understanding of lifecycle management in a complex, regulated environment. Operating across functions and disciplines, able to translate complexity into clear priorities, structured plans and effective execution. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to think strategically and deliver in practice. Comfortable coordinating stakeholders and project teams without formal authority, maintaining alignment and progress in dynamic, fast-changing environments. Focused on results and priorities, bringing ownership, structure and clarity to complex project landscapes.
You have

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or a comparable field

At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, including coordinating cross-functional teams and leading change initiatives

Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within the medical device industry
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across functions and disciplines -
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Certifications such as GMP/IPMA, PMI or equivalent are a strong advantage

Fluency in English, with strong presentation skills

Employment conditions
The employment conditions reflect the level of responsibility associated with this position.
- Annual gross base salary between €72,000 and €108,000, depending on experience and background, with a target short term incentive (STI) of 10% of annual base salary.
- 27 vacation days based on full-time employment
- 8% holiday allowance
- A 13th month salary
- A fully employer-paid pension scheme
