The Role
We are looking for Technical Service Coordinators with a strong affinity for industrial equipment, mechatronics, or mechanical systems to strengthen our global service operations.
In this role as Technical Service Coordinator, you will act as the central point of coordination between customers, international partners, and internal technical teams.
You will manage and prioritize technical service cases, ensuring efficient resolution in collaboration with Service Engineers, Production, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for international customers and partners regarding technical service requests
- Register, track, and prioritize service cases using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central
- Analyze incoming technical issues and assign cases to the appropriate engineering or service teams
- Coordinate with Service Engineers, Production, and R&D to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Monitor and follow up on open cases to meet service timelines and customer expectations
- Provide remote support and basic troubleshooting guidance where possible
- Maintain clear, structured, and professional communication with all stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes, documentation, and workflows
Your Profile
- Experience in a technical service desk, service coordination, or field service support environment
- Technical background or strong affinity with industrial equipment, machinery, electromechanical systems, or similar
- Experience with ticketing or ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Jira, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Structured, accurate, and proactive working style
- Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
Languages
- English – required (professional level)
- Dutch and/or German – strong advantage
