For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Junior Digital Experience Coordinator in our Marketing Division.
About the role:
In this role you are the point of contact between Yamaha Motor Europe’s Digital Experience team and local webmasters. Your purpose is to provide an excellent level of service to local webmasters, coordinate the adoption of European content and new website functionalities.
You make sure that the content of Yamaha’s digital platforms is up to date through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS and CommerceTools. You report on website usage and engagement using Adobe Analytics, secure dashboard creation.
Your responsibilities:
- You implement European (English master) content and secure timely rollout to and implementation in local websites. You improve user experience (Digital Kando) and keep content accurate;
- You provide customer support to local webmasters, you coordinate and facilitate the timely adaptation and publication of relevant European content into the local websites;
- You analyze the digital data and provide direction for improvements in quantitative and qualitative approach including user experience. You provide to the key stakeholders the relevant reporting of all digital tools in a regular basis.
What do you bring?
- You are a digital native: deep understanding of digital, fast learner;
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or other corporate CMS systems.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), SalesForce, JIRA, HTML and CSS are an advantage;
- Experience with web analytics and tools such as Adobe Analytics are an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
- Analytical and commercial thinker, excellent organization skills; customer centric approach;
- Pro-active attitude;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and in writing, mastering any other European language is an advantage.

About Yamaha Motor Europe
Yamaha Motor Europe is responsible for coordinating the marketing and sales activities of our products in the European market, mainly: Yamaha motorcycles, scooters, marine engines, personal watercraft vehicles, boats, 4-wheeled all terrain and side-by-side vehicles (ATVs/SSVs), lightweight vehicles (golf cars, personal and commercial vehicles).
