Hiring at Wellis is moving fast. We are scaling across multiple teams, and recruitment is becoming one of the key drivers of our growth. To support this next phase, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to do more than fill vacancies.
In this role, you will help us build a strong, scalable recruitment engine: from sourcing strategy and hiring manager collaboration to candidate experience, recruitment operations, and employer branding. You will join our People & Culture team and play a visible role in shaping how Wellis attracts and hires talent.
About Wellis
Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing one of the most traditional sectors: healthcare.
We are building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands, offering on-demand healthcare for everyday health needs such as weight loss, hair loss, sexual health, and more. Our digital approach covers the full journey: from diagnosis and medical consultation to prescription and delivery at the customer’s door.
Our mission is simple: to make healthcare more accessible, personal, and stigma-free.
About the role
-
As our Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the business. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, run structured hiring processes, and make sure candidates experience Wellis as fast, personal, and professional.
-
But this role is not only about execution. You will also help improve how we hire. That means sharpening intake processes, improving job ads and outreach, building talent pools, using data to spot bottlenecks, and helping hiring managers make better hiring decisions.
-
You will report to Veronica - People & Culture Lead - and work closely with Amir - Senior Recruiter. The wider People & Culture team also includes Sharine - People & Culture Intern, and Thijs - People & Culture Officer.
What you will do
-
Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across Wellis.
-
Partner with hiring managers to define strong profiles, hiring plans, and interview processes.
-
Build and manage active sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent pools, referrals, and relevant communities.
-
Write and improve job ads, outreach messages, and candidate communication.
-
Screen candidates, run intake calls, assess motivation and role fit, and write clear candidate summaries.
-
Coordinate interviews and keep the process moving with speed, structure, and care.
-
Keep our ATS clean and up to date, with clear pipeline visibility and reporting.
-
Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion, speed, and candidate experience.
-
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help strengthen the Wellis talent story.
-
Improve recruitment operations, including templates, automation, hiring manager enablement, and process consistency.

You are fluent in English and Dutch at C1 level.
