WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a DevOps Engineer at MieleX, you’ll focus on building, operating, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform services. In close partnership with product and engineering teams, you’ll help reduce lead time, lower failure rates, and provide a scalable, secure, and high-quality developer experience.

You’ll design, build, and operate Gitlab CI/CD pipelines

You’ll manage cloud infrastructure as Code using Bicep and Terraform for Azure deployments

You’ll deploy and optimise Azure Container Apps and Azure Functions
-
You’ll integrate security and code quality scanning into pipelines (e.g. SonarQube, secrets management, vulnerability scanning)

You’ll manage cloud networking, load balancing, and Akamai CDN integration
-
You’ll participate in incident response, post-mortems, and root cause analyses
-
You’ll build and continuously improve monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
-
You’ll create and maintain templates and self-service capabilities to reduce lead time
-
You’ll drive improvements through metrics, automation, experimentation, and data-informed optimization
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF:

You have solid knowledge of Azure services including Container Apps, Function Apps, networking (VNets, load balancing), storage, and monitoring

You bring practical hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD

You have proficiency with Bicep and Terraform for Azure infrastructure
-
You have scripting experience with Python or Bash for automation and tooling
-
You have experience in deploying and optimising Node.js applications, with understanding of build tools and package management
-
You have experience with cloud networking principles (load balancing, CDN integration)

You have a solid grasp of reliability and observability concepts, monitoring, alerting, and SLOs
-
You bring a strong automation mindset and a genuine commitment to quality in everything you deliver

You thrive in agile and DevOps environments with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

You communicate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders

You are curious and self-directed in learning new tools and approaches
