Make a difference as Senior Project Manager Engineering
As a Senior Project Manager Engineering, you play a key role in delivering technical investment projects that support the further development of our seed processing facilities. You will work on complex, multidisciplinary projects from business case development through implementation, contributing to efficient, sustainable, and future-ready solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, suppliers, and fellow project professionals while working on innovative machinery solutions, process improvements, and international CAPEX projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and analyzing business requirements and project objectives;

Defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements;

Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle;

Monitoring project progress, quality, risks, and changes;

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring clear and effective communication;

Coaching project team members and contributing to the continued professionalization of project management within Enza Zaden.
What you bring as out future colleague
As a Senior Project Manager Engineering, you bring a strong sense of ownership, the ability to influence others, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You know how to align diverse interests within complex projects and leverage your leadership and communication skills to successfully achieve project goals. In addition, you have:

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline;

Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects in a technical environment;

Knowledge of and experience with Stage-Gate project management, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement methodologies;
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively guide stakeholders through change;
-
A proactive, results-driven approach combined with strong organizational awareness and sensitivity;

Willingness to be present at our seed processing facility at least four days per week and to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.

A gross monthly salary between €5.974 and €8.534, based on a full-time workweek of 38 hours and aligned with your knowledge and experience;

8.33% vacation allowance and an attractive annual bonus program of 15% of your annual salary, depending on your job level and company performance;

25 vacation days, the option to purchase additional vacation days, and one paid vitality day per year, with extra vacation days granted as you get older;

A laptop and mobile phone provided by Enza Zaden;

A contribution toward overnight accommodation costs if you live farther away from Enza Zaden. This program applies to employees working for Enza Zaden in the Netherlands whose one-way commute exceeds 100 kilometers and 75 minutes;
