Project Engineer (m/v)

We are looking for a project engineer to join our team of engineers responsible for a wide range of maritime automation systems. You will work together with the sales, production and innovation departments andreport to the Project Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

Project management and engineering from specification to delivery and sea-trials
Daily interaction with colleagues from sales, drawing, production and test departments
Communicating with customers about project specific details
Addressing challenges that might arise during the project in close co-operation with the customer
Generating project specific documentation like drawings and protocols
Hardware and software configuration and testing for each system.
Organizing the factory acceptance test (FAT) together with the classification society and the customer
Commissioning of the systems remote or on site.
After sales and customer support
Supporting the development of all our products in all aspects

We are looking for

Technical bachelor’s degree, preferably in automation, electrical engineering or automotive
A beginner or someone with several years of relevant work experience
Experience in developing and maintaining good relationships with clients is a plus
Affinity with automation, PLC-programming for control of machinery
Customer oriented attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to travel abroad
Good analytical skills
Team player and a positive attitude
