RECAPITULATIF
Nous recherchons un Superintendant Mécanique & Tuyauterie pour rejoindre un projet industriel de grande envergure dans le secteur de l’énergie.
Vous serez responsable de la supervision des activités d'installation mécanique et de tuyauterie industrielle sur site, en garantissant le respect des standards de sécurité, de qualité et de planning. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des sous-traitants, le suivi des travaux et l’encadrement des équipes de supervision, avec une approche à la fois technique et managériale.
VOS MISSIONS
- Superviser les activités d'installation des équipements mécaniques et de tuyauterie sur site.
- Encadrer et coordonner les sous-traitants ainsi que les superviseurs intervenant dans votre discipline.
- Coordonner les interfaces avec les autres disciplines présentes sur le chantier et participer aux réunions de suivi de chantier.
- Contrôler la conformité des travaux avec la documentation technique, les normes en vigueur et les exigences contractuelles.
- Contribuer à la mise en place et à la validation des plans qualité et des plans d’inspection en lien avec le responsable QA/QC du projet.
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à l’installation mécanique et tuyauterie.
- Promouvoir la culture sécurité et garantir le respect strict des règles HSE par toutes les parties prenantes.
- Suivre l’avancement des travaux, analyser les écarts et produire les reportings réguliers (avancement, quantités, coûts prévisionnels).
- Vérifier et valider les dossiers de fin de chantier et la documentation.
VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en supervision mécanique et tuyauterie sur des projets industriels d’envergure.
- Expérience confirmée dans la tuyauterie de procédés sensibles (oxygène et hydrogène).
- Expérience réussie en gestion de sous-traitants et coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
VOTRE PROFIL
- Formation technique en mécanique ou équivalent.
- Solides compétences en assemblage mécanique et tuyauterie industrielle.
- Bonne maîtrise des normes ASME et des environnements ATEX.
- Leadership, autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en coordination.
- Anglais professionnel indispensable (écrit et oral).

SUMMARY
We are looking for a Mechanical & Piping Superintendent to join a large-scale industrial project in the energy sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site mechanical and industrial piping installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedulre requirements. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, and managing supervision teams, with both technical and managerial responsibilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the installation of mechanical equipment and piping systems on site.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and supervision involved in your discipline.
- Manage interfaces with other site disciplines on site and actively participate in construction progress meetings.
- Ensure that all work complies with technical documentation, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
- Contribute to the implementation and validation of quality plans and inspection & test plans (ITPs) in coordination with the project QA/QC manager.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and piping installation activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure strict compliance with HSE rules by all stakeholders.
- Monitor work progress, analyze deviations, and provide regular reports covering progress, quantities,forecasted costs.
- Review and validate final project documentation.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in mechanical and piping supervision on large industrial projects.
- Strong background in piping for sensitive services (oxygen and hydrogen).
- Demonstrated sucess in subcontractor management and multidisciplinary team coordination.
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical assembly and industrial piping installation.
- Leadership, autonomy, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
