Job Description

We are looking for skilled and motivated Product Owners, Analysts, and Managers (both junior and senior levels) to drive the creation, enhancement, and profitability of our products and services. The ideal candidates can effectively communicate with senior management, clients, and technology teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design, development, testing, and delivery of software products for national and international projects.
Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Define and maintain the product strategy, aligning it with technical solutions and business objectives.
Develop clear and actionable functional and technical requirements (e.g., epics, user stories, and use cases).
Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in technical software development.
Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate tasks effectively.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
Strong problem-solving mindset combined with flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with transportation systems, IoT technologies, or smart mobility solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to develop wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams for product visualization.
