Your impact at NN: what you will do
As a Lead SAP FS-PM DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for the technical direction and continuous evolution of the SAP Policy Management landscape. You work in a DevOps team where you both build and run solutions, while guiding architectural choices and major technical initiatives. Your work helps make premium processes simple, digital and clear for customers, and you support the team in delivering high-quality, reliable and sustainable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the SAP FS-PM landscape and its integrations
- Lead the technical development of SAP FS-PM solutions, translating business needs into scalable and sustainable designs
- Take a leading role in major technical initiatives such as migrations, lifecycle management (LCM) activities and platform modernisation
- Ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement across teams, domains and suppliers on upcoming changes, dependencies and technical direction
- Guide engineers, foster knowledge sharing and raise the overall technical maturity of the team
- Improve system quality, stability, security and performance across both change and run activities
You will also support the move to a modern API-driven landscape, including SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.
Who you will work with
You will join the Inkomen Collectief IT domain within NN Schade & Inkomen. You work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team with engineers, product specialists and architects. Together, you are responsible for delivering one product end-to-end.
We work in small, stable teams with a high level of ownership. You will:
- Work closely with other SAP engineers across teams
- Share knowledge and set technical standards
- Help teams grow in quality, ownership and collaboration

- Salary between €6,378 and €8,504 based on a 36 hours depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are

- You have experience with SAP FS-PM in a complex environment
- You work with ABAP and have a strong foundation in solution design
- You have experience with SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, OData or BTP
- You guide engineers and support team development
- You communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
