We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Deventer (with regular travel to Amsterdam).
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), where you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for two of our key business lines: Mortgages and Connected Finance.
Akkuro Mortgages offers a platform that supports the entire mortgage value chain by connecting lenders, providers, and servicers. This enables more efficient processes, stronger compliance, and greater data-driven insight.
Our Connected Finance business line delivers financial calculation software across sectors such as lending, insurance, mortgages, and sustainability. It enables institutions to perform accurate, compliant calculations and handle complex financial scenarios.
You will play a key role in increasing our market visibility, generating commercial opportunities, and accelerating growth, working closely with sales, product teams, and leadership.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our Mortgages and Connected Finance business lines. You will translate commercial objectives into impactful marketing activities that drive visibility, lead generation, and growth in international markets. In doing so, you will work closely with sales, product teams, and our shared services colleagues.
You will have significant room to take ownership and make an impact. From content strategy to demand generation, and from campaigns to events—you ensure that marketing directly contributes to commercial results.

Develop and execute integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies

Create distinctive campaigns, compelling content, and effective sales enablement materials

Build an effective multichannel demand generation approach across digital, events, and content marketing

Optimize performance marketing in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
You are an energetic and results-driven marketer who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mindset and know how to use marketing to drive commercial growth. Thanks to your experience, you collaborate effortlessly with different stakeholders and easily switch between strategy, execution, and optimization.
What we are looking for:

Experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation, preferably within international organizations

Strong knowledge of campaign-driven marketing and data analysis to improve performance and conversion

A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience working closely with sales and product teams to achieve shared objectives

Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably experience within FinTech or B2B SaaS
