Social Content Creator (Gaming)
As Social Content Creator & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-performing social content that strengthens GXTrust's brand presence and drives results across the full marketing funnel. Reporting to the Brand Manager GXTrust, you will create content for a global audience and work closely with the Social Content Lead, Social Paid Lead, Content Team, local agencies and wider marketing organization at our HQ.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands gaming culture, social media trends, and content performance. You know how to turn product assets, campaign materials, and trends into scroll-stopping content that captures attention, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.
Responsibilities
Social Content Creation & Storytelling

Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and emerging platforms.

Turn product features, campaign assets, and trends into entertaining, platform-native content that drives engagement.

Develop compelling hooks, captions, voice-overs, and storytelling formats tailored to gaming audiences.

Create content across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
Video Production & Design

Edit and produce high-quality video content, including reviews, tutorials, comparisons, trend-driven content, and campaign assets.

Create social visuals, carousels, and promotional assets that align with GXTrust’s brand identity.

Adapt content for different platforms and formats, including social, e-commerce, and YouTube channels.

Ensure visual consistency and creative quality across all content touchpoints.
Trend Spotting & Creative Development

Stay on top of gaming culture, creator trends, and platform updates to identify new content opportunities.

Bring fresh ideas, content formats, and creative concepts that help grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Apply platform best practices and audience insights to improve content performance.
Collaboration & Campaign Execution

Work closely with the Social Content Lead, Social Paid Lead, and Content Team to execute GXTrust’s social content strategy.

Support product launches and marketing campaigns with engaging social-first creative.

Collaborate on paid social creative and content variations for testing and optimization.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and product positioning.
Content Performance & Optimization

Create content with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

Use performance insights to refine content formats, creative concepts, and storytelling approaches.

Help develop scalable content ideas that drive engagement, audience growth, and business results.
Qualifications
-
2–5 years of experience creating social media content, video production, or digital design.

Proven ability to create engaging content that drives reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Strong understanding of short-form video, social media platforms, trends, and creator culture.

Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities, creators, and online culture.

Skilled in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), and/or DaVinci Resolve.

Experience producing video content, including editing, motion graphics, subtitles, and basic audio or voice-over integration.

Strong visual storytelling and design skills, with the ability to create content that captures attention and drives action.

Data-informed mindset, using content performance insights to improve creative output and results.

Self-starter with excellent English communication skills (speech and writing) and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Eligible to work remotely within Europe (UK, NL, ES, FR, DE, IT, or PL).
