What are you going to do?
As Patient Support Specialist:
You are the first point of contact for ostomates in the Benelux
You assess the need for assistance and provide personalised and appropriate product advice
You guide patients with empathy, expertise and confidence
You work closely with Sales, nurses and other internal departments
You carefully record customer contacts in the CRM system
You contribute to achieving team objectives within Customer Service
You will be working in a closely team of three colleagues, where independence, responsibility and cooperation are key.
What do you bring to the role?
Minimum MBO working and thinking level
Affinity with healthcare, patient contact and/or medical supplies
Excellent command of the Dutch language
French is an advantage (or willingness to learn it – training will be provided)
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
An accurate, service-oriented and analytical work attitude
You preferably live in the Utrecht region
Location: Utrecht region (hybrid) | 32–40 hours
