As a Solution Architect – Cybersecurity , you are a strategic thinker and trusted advisor who translates business requirements, security objectives, and technology strategy into secure, scalable and sustainable cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for shaping DLL's cybersecurity architecture landscape, driving technology roadmaps, and providing architectural leadership across a broad portfolio of cybersecurity capabilities.
Day to day:
- Defining and maintaining cybersecurity solution architectures, standards and design principles.
- Developing target-state architectures and technology roadmaps aligned with DLL's cybersecurity strategy.
- Translating business, security and regulatory requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
- Leading architecture and design activities for cybersecurity programs, projects and platform initiatives.
- Researching, evaluating and introducing technologies to support DLL's cybersecurity objectives.
- Partnering with engineering teams to guide implementation and ensure architectural alignment.
- Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Global Information Security and other stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
- Driving standardization, simplification, automation and modernization across the cybersecurity technology landscape.
- Providing technical leadership, architectural governance and guidance to teams and stakeholders.

Essentials:
- Broad experience in enterprise cybersecurity architecture and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, Data and System Protection.
- Ability to define sustainable cybersecurity services, target architectures and strategic roadmaps and drive their implementation.
- Track record of delivering complex initiatives in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to design scalable, adaptable and enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational, planning and architectural governance capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business needs, risk and technology objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, engineering or related security domains.
Preferred knowledge:
- Identity products such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint and CyberArk.
- Security platforms such as Microsoft Defender and Qualys.
- ServiceNow and automation capabilities.
- Concepts such as Zero Trust, Federation, API Security, Cloud Security and DevSecOps.
- TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP or related architecture/security certifications.
