World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for a Associate Project Manager position.
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination of all aspects of assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations. Understands the programmatic approach (including global) and possesses the ability to build program structure. Incorporates lessons learned into continuous process improvement actions either within supply chain or elsewhere in the business.
Role responsibilities & duties:
- Acts as Single-Point-of Contact (SPoC) for a project and be accountable for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Documents and manages project scope, goals, timelines/milestones, budgets, and specific deliverables while keeping project teams highly engaged, motivated, and accountable.
- Identifies and manages project risks, issues, action items, change requests and decisions including mitigation approaches and contingency plans.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develops a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Builds high performing cross-functional teams.
- Interacts with Program customers and vendors if needed.
- Conducts all business in a manner that is consistent with World Wide Technology Core Values.
- Identifies, evaluates and manages project team leads.
- Compiles and presents relative data points to executive stakeholders and management.
- Manages financials, metrics, service level agreements and key performance indicators.
