At Evernex, we're looking for an Account Manager Cloud Solutions to expand our cloud business across the Northern, Eastern & Central Europe (NECE) region. In this role, you'll combine your commercial drive with technical expertise to deliver innovative cloud solutions that create real business value for our customers.
As our Account Manager Cloud Solutions, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our cloud portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
More than just selling solutions, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their cloud journey while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As the cloud expert within the sales organization, you'll also support and inspire colleagues, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of our cloud business.
As Account Manager Cloud Solutions, you will:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our cloud business across the NECE region.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification and needs analysis to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor for cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing customer accounts.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored cloud solutions, commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Advise customers on cloud technologies, pricing, delivery models, and managed services.
- Deliver compelling customer presentations and negotiate commercial agreements with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer data within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Represent Evernex at customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
You're an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys opening new doors, building lasting relationships, and exceeding commercial targets. You combine strong business acumen with excellent communication skills and are comfortable discussing complex cloud solutions with both technical and executive stakeholders.
In addition, you have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology sales.
- A minimum of 3 years of successful Cloud Sales experience.
- Solid knowledge of Public and Private Cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other leading cloud providers.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and data center environments.
- Experience with VMware and Veeam is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern, Eastern, and Central Europe.
- A valid Category B driving licence.
