As Senior HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst EUA you will support the maintenance, testing and continual improvement of HRIS, SuccessFactors. You are in charge of completing regional centralised SuccessFactors actions (across EUA region with guidance from HRIS Manager, SuccessFactors).
Moreover, you will support the EUA HR team with SuccessFactors specialist know-how and are responsible for ensuring SuccessFactors HRIS meets ONE business processes and requirements.
Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement
System Implementation & Updates
- HR information systems - systems maintenance and day to day BAU regional functions (including regional UAT support with roll out of future modules).
- Act as SFEC specialist to advise and support EUA HR team and wider business.
- Support implement system upgrades and general maintenance of the system.
- Test any changes, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes so the system meets user needs.
- Time Off, Learning Support, EC Integration
Maintenance, Support & System Enhancements
- Regional ServiceNow ticket management for EUA region.
- Regional ADP E-service ticket management for EUA region.
- Support ADP GDMS maintenance and systems for European countries integrated with ADP that have been transitioned to services (no longer in implementation stage).
- Keep a good overview on (changing) business requirements and how these need to be reflected in ONE's HRIS to improve the systems configuration.
System Auditing & Documentation
- Regularly audit systems to ensure user and data integrity.
- Manage SF blueprints documentations across SF EUA and ensure documentations are kept up to date including audit change, ensure consistent technical architectural standards are met across SF (in production and UAT).
- Ensure HRIS and EUA Grading Matrix are updated and maintenance.
- Safeguard stringent compliance with regards to data integrity, GDPR, systems governance and audit controls.
Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with HRIS Manager to deliver SF Employee Central end user training for new HR staff and refresher training.
- Collaborate and support EUA IT ops with any systems integrations issues across ONE system architecture.
- Produce regional reports and ad-hoc reports as required by the business.
- Keep a good overview on (changing) business requirements and how these need to be reflected in ONE's HRIS to improve the systems configuration.
- Manage all relevant stakeholders, aiming at strong support for HRIS.
Skills, Qualifications and Expertise
- Excellent working knowledge and strong understanding of SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central module.
- Awareness of other SuccessFactors modules and other systems (Concur/ADP/ServiceNow/ Anaplan/G Suite/IAM is desirable).
- Good understanding of HR processes and experience mapping processes to configuration.
- Experience of systems implementation and integration.
- Highly proficient in GoogleSuite packages.
